Hohlweck collection includes documents prepared by Brigadier General Joseph Finegan and Callie M. Stone. An official after action report prepared by General Finegan dated Febrary 26, 1864, described the military operations in East Florida from February 7-22, 1864, during the Olustee campaign. Callie Stone's work consists of holographic and typescript copies of a diary kept by "C.M.S." (believed to be Miss Callie M. Stone) regarding her work as a member of the Sanitary Commission teaching German, French, and African American recruits at the Draft Rendezvous in Boston Harbor, June to November, 1864.
